Returns
Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy
with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
Unless stated otherwise in the item descriptions we offer a 7 day refund policy only if the item was substantially
not as described in the auction as inspected by the time you come to collect. Minor variations in model, color are not reason
for a refund.

please email us before placing your bid.
I am very reasonable. If its unopened, I will give a refund (not the postage) within 7 days, upon
receipt. If it is open, I will charge a 10%-20% restocking fee, all packaging and contents must be returned in perfect condition.
If its defective, please email me to sort it out within 5 days. I always try to work it out to the satisfaction
of both parties CONDITION OF RETURNABLE ITEMS: In Packaging Must is in perfect condition ALERT SELLER BEFORE RETURNING: Just
ask before you return. If the item is damage from the post you claim for it.
All exchanges due to defects are free (Buyer is responsible for shipping charges).
Shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable in any case.
Replacement and refunds will not be processed until the return item received.
